Hi All! I’m back!

I have been gone for a while and have decided I am going to come back and start my blog once again. I am planning on sharing my stories about things in my life including, real estate, fashion,  food life changes, body changes, positive reinforcement changes and much more.

Tonight I wanted to start off  sharing my first recipe.  I always have enjoyed cooking and in the past three years I have started doing more and more.  Over the summer I found out I have food allergies!  Never in my life did I ever think I would be be allergic to wheat, milk, eggs, peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, and sesame seeds, and vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.    So, that is another reason I wanted to start sharing my new food journey.  Because I know there are others going through similar things.   Once stopped eating these things ,which by the way, I was eating almost all these things daily, I lost 8 lbs since June and I stopped snoring and my back pain I had gotten better.  All from food.  I will talk more about that later.  So, my sunday night dinner today Oct. 9, 2016.

I call it….. Chicken Larry.

1 package of Gluten free pasta

3 chicken cutlets

½ cup of sundried tomatoes

½ kalamata olives

1 package of spinach

optional pine nuts

img_13952 cups extra light Olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp. pesto

1 tsp kalamata olive pesto

½ cup diced tomatoes

5 pieces of cooked bacon

Vegan Parmesan  cheese 2 tbsp.

½ cup Goat cheese

Cook the chicken completely throughout, boil water for pasta,   slice into pieces put aside,  add 4 tbsp to large skillet, add cut sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, mince garlic cloves, ( i use a garlic press)  pesto, pine nuts,  bacon,  parm cheese, and diced tomatoes, cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.  Add chicken and after the noodles are drained add pasta to skillet.   For those that can eat milk products, add cheese to skillet cook on low stir with spatula while the oat cheese partially melts. When serving you can add extra part cheese if needed table-top. Enjoy!  Goes great with a Red wine cab or chianti.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and hope all who went through #Hurricanematthew (as we did) are getting power back on and are able to get their homes and lives back together soon!   Have a great week!

Yes this is really me……and my Pink car that I miss so very much.  I donated it last year to a wonderful organization #PLACEOFHOPE.   My little project car had become like any hobby either put more time and effort into it or quit.  So, I did the right thing.  But I sure do miss her.   Today is day #4 on my #101Blogging and I am happy to say that I am still going strong.  I have made a few blogger acquaintances and learned a bit about this process.   Our assignment today is to write to the audience I want to attract.  So, in thinking about this I am a bit perplexed.  What am I doing on here? What do I want? What do I like?  Who do I want to help?  Who do I want to attract and why?   These are the questions I must ask my self and repost in my next blog spot today.

As for now I must go figure out how to move and host my website on this #wordpress.

Wish me luck!  Have a Bright day!

I am happy to announce I finally am making this blog.  For years I have been in Florida, and being in the Beauty Industry and now Real Estate, I have met thousands of people.   I always am getting asked  random questions such as the following:

1.  Where is a great area to live?

2.  Who is the best at botox?

3.  How can I get a mortgage?

4. Who is the best plastic surgeon for different types of procedures?

5. Where can I buy a car without going through the hassle?

6.  Whos a great general doctor?

7.  What is the best Insurance company to go with for home, health, disability, life?

8.  What is the best Sushi restaurant in town?

9.  What are the hottest trends for fashion hair and the like?

10.  What is the best restaurant in Palm Beach for dinner?

The list goes on and on including grocery stores, pet sitters, groomers, you get the idea.

I know what your thinking!!!!!  What the heck?  These are so random?  I am so pleased people ask me for such advice and trust in my replies.  It wasn’t until recently my BFF had a friend who comes down during season and needed some advice.   She asked me and in 10 different topics I named at least 20 referrals.  Her friend said “how does she know all this?”  I checked and all referrals were right up to par!  She’s amazing!”   As this made me feel terrific in helping I realized, I should help more people with even more questions!!!!

I am 47 years old (young) LOL…. and am ready to share the with our locals and everyone abroad the information I have experienced.  Feel fee to visit me on the journey and ask any question you may have.  I am new at the Blog thing so bear with me but I will do my best to find out what you need is.  I love it!

Happy Saturday !

Have the brightest day ever!
